Interstate FACTS, LLC

All records obtained in the process of conducting an evaluation are properly maintained in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations 42 & 45, Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act and relevant New Jersey and/or New York statutory guidelines.

All interview information is documented for possible further review by other clinical evaluators or the Court, where legally permitted. Upon written request, appropriate reports are made available to parties other than the Court. Interstate FACTS treats any information from interviews or tests with comprehensive attention and acknowledges 

any limitations in information used or gathered during a forensic assessment.

All financial arrangements are clarified and agreed upon at the commencement of services.  Interstate FACTS, LLC  utilizes a sliding scale fee for service structure for all fees related to forensic assessment, counseling and other services.
